Fitness is something that gives you strength and confidence.Bt there are some situations where fitness can lead to life time injuries.So to avoid these things here are some tips while doing exercise in the gym.


1.Workout without trainer

Working out in the gym without trainer is like students getting lesson without teacher.Many of us do some mistakes while performing exercises.So its very important to get all the knowledge about that exercise first from the trainer than start within the proper guidance.This can avoid things like muscle cramps,extrastreched,breaking of bones etc.


2.Food intake before exercise and after exercise

Food/supplement and Liquid is a major thing in workouts or routines.Lots of  people  Ignore these while performing workouts.Our body needs energy before and after the workout.So ignoring the intake may leads to deficiency of water vitamin and minerals in the body.


3.Place where you are doing exercise

People in the gym ignore the space where they are doing exercise.Proper space is very important while performing the exercises.Many people get injured during the collisions because of no proper spacing between them.


4.Functioning of the tools and machines.

Have you ever checked machines before starting exercise?.Well lots of people don't bother to take attention on it.Bt this may leads to sometimes big trouble.You should always check whether machine is perfectly fine for workout or not.faulty machines results accidents.


5.Workout without rest.

working out without taking rest leads to loss of stamina.Taking a small rest for 2 minutes is required between two exercises.In this interval of time our body regains some energy to perform another task.In the rest interval you can take glucose or healthy drink as per your trainer guidance.
